Our beautiful Bear and Bird Sweat-shirt is made from 85% organic cotton and 15% recycled polyester, 280g/m, and looks great when it’s worn with a pair of jeans and some sneakers. Suitable for everyday wear, this medium fit sweat-shirt has a round neck and features super cute bear and tiny bird embroidery design on a lovely burgundy colour jersey. It also sports raglan sleeves and a decorative ribbed triangle with flatlock topstitch under the collar, as well as ribbed sleeve cuffs. Our model wears a size Medium. (Model height 173cm / 5'8).

Our recommendations:

- Wash inside out with similar colors at 30°C

- Iron inside out at low to medium temperature

- No bleaching

- Do not iron on print directly

Superior Quality

Woman shouldn’t have to choose between style and ethics, at Ultra Tee, the two come together, resulting in superior quality garments that stand the test of time and look good with any outfit. Small scale production

The chances are that you’ll be the only woman in your city wearing your Ultra Tee. We manufacture our garments in small batches and restock based on demand, refreshing our lines every season. Because most of our clothing is limited edition, you’ll get to own one that stands out and helps you express yourself.

Water-based inks

We only use water-based inks on our digitally printed t-shirts, which sit deeper within the fabric, meaning longer-lasting prints with great detail and sharper edges. Water-based ink is also much better for your skin and for the environment, they are free of heavy metals, formaldehyde and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE), making them non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. Our printing partners are based in Winsford, UK and Touquet-Paris-Plage, France.

Artisanal Embroidery

We embroider all garments ourselves, one by one at our base in London, using a high standard six-niddle Brother embroidery machine. For our beautifully-embroidered products we are using the highest-quality viscose and rayon, biodegradable and sustainable Madeira UK threads. Created with sensitive production processes in the heart of the naturally environmentally conscious Black Forest region in Germany, Madeira's EnviroSystem applies long term commitment to the global impact of environmental issues, second to none.

We plant a tree

For every tee we sell, we plant a tree in association with Plant for the Planet. So far, the non-profit organisation has planted an incredible 13 billion trees. Though we only play a very small part in that, every tree makes a difference! Plant with us! Download the Plant-for-the-Planet app, it shows tree planting organizations from around the world. This way you can easily help plant trees! No matter where you are, saving the climate and doing something right has never been easier!

We give back to charity

We donate our products to the Royal Trinity Hospice, whose charity shops resell clothing to support their cause: providing skilled, compassionate palliative and end of life care to 2,500 people and their families and friends across central and south west London. It’s our way of giving back and avoiding unnecessary waste.

Our packaging is recyclable

We know that shipping causes carbon emissions, and we’re doing what we can to reduce our impact. We don’t use plastic. We opt for silk paper, biodegradable bags and envelopes, and we reuse packaging wherever possible.

We ship only to the European countries.

We usually ship through DPD and Royal Mail

Delivery time with DPD is 2-3 working days for Europe

Delivery time with Royal Mail is 5-7 working days for Europe and 1-2 working days for the UK.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER?

Once you place an order, an email confirming will be sent to you to the email address you’ve provided at checkout page. We prepare your parcel and we will inform you once it is ready and it has been shipped by sending you a notification with a tracking number, a shipping provider and the link for tracking your order online.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer free returns. You have a period of 15 days after you receive your order in which to return your purchases for a full refund or credit note. Please be aware that any purchases with the label missing cannot be returned. 
 
1. Make a request to return your order
You can make a return request by sending us an email. Once we received your request we will send you a shipping label to print.
 
2. Send your package back
Stick the return label onto the package, and leave it at the nearest delivery point or post office.

You have fifteen days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, labels must still be attached. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.  
 
If you want to order an item in a different size, a different design or another colour, just inform us by email or write your message in the return receipt.

MY SIZE IS UNAVAILABLE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Since we started 8 years ago, we have always strived to be out of stock less often, but it is sometimes complicated, because we try at all costs to avoid overproduction. And it is not easy to perfectly quantify what the exact demand will be on which product… So, yes, sometimes we are sad not to have judged the success of a product, but the essential is not to spoil and sell everything we produce, even if we could miss sales.

WHEN YOU SAY "ECO-FRIENDLY MATERIALS", WHAT DO YOU MEAN EXACTLY?

At Ultra Tee, we start by looking at the ecological impact of the materials we are going to use. Did they need a lot of water to produce them? - we don't like that! - Do they have too high carbon footprint? - we absolutely hate it! - Did they generate a large amount of waste? – no way! So how do we do it in practice? We focus on strength and durability, price, environmental impact and the quality of the feel and finish. At the end, we choose materials including organic cotton, certified fabrics and recycled materials.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

Most of our collections are made in Europe but a small part is made in other sites around the world, depending on the season, what we are offered in terms of raw materials and prices, knowing that production capacity, local know-how and supplier expertise are all elements to consider.

HOW ABOUT WORKING CONDITIONS IN FACTORIES OUTSIDE EUROPE WHERE ULTRA TEE PRODUCTS ARE MADE?

We collaborate with suppliers audited by the Fair Wear Foundation which guarantees adequate conditions in terms of work, health and safety, as well as by prohibiting any form of child labour, forced labour or illegal employment.

HOW CAN I RECYCLE MY ULTRA TEE T-SHIRTS?

If they are in good condition, you can still sell them on marketplaces such as Vinted, eBay, and many others. But why not donate your clothes to the Royal Trinity Hospice, with which we have been collaborating for several years, or to any other association that will sell them in their charity stores to raise funds to serve their causes.

CAN I RECYCLE THE ULTRA TEE PACKAGING BOXES I RECEIVE?

Yes, because they are made of recyclable cardboard, and if it is a biodegradable plastic envelope you can dispose of it in the appropriate sorting bin.
